Internships at EHL are an integral part of the Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management program, with an operational (housekeeping, kitchen, reception etc.) internship in the first year and an administrative/managerial (marketing, human resources, business development, finance etc.) internship in the third year, both internships being six months long. Every student has hands-on experience in the field at EHL. Future employers know that EHL graduates already have extensive on-the-job learning experience in both operations and administration. They do not have to be taught how to work in teams and to deal with unexpected crises.
