Earlham College provides both need-based grants and merit-based scholarships based on the academic profile of the student and financial information of the family, as provided on the International Student Financial Aid Application (every student must complete this form). While international students are not required to submit a SAT score, they must submit records of high academic achievement and demonstrate English proficiency. A small number of academic scholarships are reserved for international applicants. International students are advised to submit a SAT score if they wish to be considered for an academic scholarship, which range in annual value from $8,000 to $42,000.
